We are looking for a Key Account Manager who, with their drive, curiosity, and sense of customer value, wants to play a key role in our continued growth. You will work closely with the CEO, taking full responsibility for the entire sales process – from the first meeting to long-term relationships. The role suits you who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy winning together with others, and want to help shape the future for one of Sweden's most specialized agencies in Organic Search, Paid Search, and Paid Social.
About the role
As a Key Account Manager at Noor, you will have overall responsibility for your own client portfolio – focusing on new customer acquisition, consulting, and relationship building. You will help clients find the right path in digital marketing and be involved in developing their business over time.
Examples of tasks:
Identify and approach new clients via phone, email, networking, and social channels
Conduct client meetings, needs analyses, and business dialogues
Present solutions, quote, negotiate, and write contracts
Build strong, long-term customer relationships
Collaborate closely with our specialists to create real value for the client
Contribute to our sales strategy and help develop our offerings

We would like you to have:
Several years of experience in B2B sales – preferably in digital marketing
Understanding of and/or experience with SEO/SEM
Strong business acumen, good communication skills, and negotiation experience
Relevant post-secondary education in sales, marketing, or economics
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
